The INSEAD Women in Business Global Club (IWiB) believes that gender equality is better achieved together. That's why we created Always with Her — a gender diversity charter that invites INSEAD alumni, clubs, and associations to make a concrete commitment to greater inclusion.
What is the charter?
The Always with Her charter is a pledge to actively promote gender diversity within your alumni association or club — from leadership and governance to events and public speaking. It's not just a symbolic gesture: signatories commit to real, measurable actions.
Why does it matter?
Women's visibility in public life has declined significantly in recent years. As INSEAD alumni, we have both the influence and the responsibility to change that — in our companies, our communities, and our networks.
What happens when you sign?
IWiB will support you every step of the way with tools, training, and guidance on implementing gender diversity practically. You'll also join a community of alumni associations sharing best practices and progress.
The French NAA signed a similar charter in 2021 — and saw a marked increase in women's representation at leadership and speaker level as a result.
