Our volunteer board and chapter leads represent the breadth and depth of the IWiB alumni community.

Sophie Bertin, MBA'02J
President, IWiB Global Alumni Club
When I joined INSEAD more than twenty years ago, I did not yet know how much this community would shape the rest of my life. What I have learned since across consulting, European institutions, financial services, and now AI advisory and boardrooms in the Gulf, is that careers are rarely built alone. They are built within communities of people who support each other, share what they know, stand by you when it matters, while knowing how to have fun together.
That is what the INSEAD Women in Business Global Club is, at its best.
We are 4,500+ alumni across 17 national clubs, women and men, united by one conviction: that gender equality is not a women's issue. It is a leadership issue, a business issue, and a societal one. We focus deliberately on women because the data still tells us we must and the road ahead is still long. And we lead together with men who share our cause, because lasting change requires both.
What drives me personally is the next horizon. Women entrepreneurs building the companies of tomorrow. Women in AI shaping a technology that will define how we live and work for decades to come. Women on boards that shape strategy and drive with vision, compassion and care. These are spaces where representation today determines the rules of the game tomorrow, and I want our community to be at the front of that conversation.
Whether you are an alumna, an alumnus, or a friend of the cause, you are welcome here. Come build with us.
